Job Introduction
At BBC Radio Oxford, we think that getting the right producer for a show is just as important as getting the right presenter. In your hands, ideas become reality and ambitious becomes the norm.

Role Responsibility
Our mid-morning presenter Kat Orman is Oxfordshire’s fairy godmother, sprinkling her magic across the airwaves.

You’ll bring out the best in her to help her be fabulous every single day, working with her and the team to create memorable radio that inspires, entertains and gets things done.

You’ll want to make radio that people remember and that makes you famous. You’ll want to change lives and make a lasting impact on Oxfordshire. You’ll want to have fun and laugh every day.

Are you the right candidate?
We’re looking for an experienced producer with a proven track record of making stand-out content and of getting the best out of a presenter.

You’ll be driven by a love of great radio and you’ll have the skills, ideas and experience to turn that into a brilliant programme on a daily basis.

You’ll demonstrate an understanding of BBC Radio Oxford’s audience, the part of the world we serve, and how to make inspiring radio. You’ll be nothing short of brilliant, so show us what you’ve got!
