Radio Advertising Account Manager
Radio Advertising Account Manager required to sell market leading broadcast and online media solutions to an existing portfolio of key accounts and some new business customers.
Our client is a major player Media player operating in the UK and European. A pioneering Media group who have experienced continued expansion through and innovation and acquisition. An established national and international brand at the forefront of their sector they provide their clients with a range of innovative and ground breaking media platforms designed to place their customers brand at the front of their audiences mind. They are now looking for Advertising Field Sales Executives to sell their market leading broadcast and online media solutions to an existing portfolio on key accounts and some new business customers. Their portfolio includes many of the UK’s biggest radio brands.
They currently require a Radio Advertising Account Manager to cover Glasgow and Central Scotland. You will be responsible for selling radio airtime advertising, online, sponsorship and promotional opportunities to some new customers and a large portfolio of existing key SME and corporate clients. This role will involve the management of a territory where you will be responsible for targeting an already identified client base and sourcing new leads. This is a structured sale where you will identify the business needs then create, design and present innovative advertising solutions tailored to the client to ensure results. You will be working with a great back up team, you’ll be putting together creative pitches using the latest technology that will make you stand out to your clients. You will manage, nurture and provide great customer service that will keep clients happy, making them want to grow their business with you.
You will have the support and back up of strong case studies, presentation tools, technology, metrics and marketing information to ensure sales success. You will have the support of a team of experts in creative solutions, social media, websites and sponsorship.
You will require experience of selling radio, TV or outdoor advertising and solid documented evidence of success. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate success of Key account management and new business.
You will be able to put across a strong sales argument with excellent presentation skills, drive, passion and enthusiasm. You will have a natural ability to come up with creative and innovative ideas that are commercially viable. You will have a strong understanding of the media and marketing departments, coupled with drive, work ethic and motivation to develop new business in a competitive market. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels
