Identify, devise and implement all trade marketing campaigns to target businesses.
Increase customer engagement and change perceptions.
Lead and implement the marketing strategy and activities for Smooth Radio North West ensuring audience growth.
Identify opportunities to monetise Smooth Radio North West marketing.
Stay abreast of all digital and social advances.
Have the ability to market and target customers directly.
Constantly measure competitors’ activity to keep us ahead.
Inspire and educate the overall Group Marketing Team to formulate new Trade Marketing activities across the group.
Have a strong commercial outlook.
Deliver on radio audience growth, digital audience growth and commercial revenue growth targets.
You will have:
An indepth knowledge and understanding of customer engagement and analysis.
Be insight focused to looking beyond the numbers and understand trade marketing trends and needs.
Implemented new and innovative Trade Marketing Campaigns.
Had success marketing a high performing brand.
Analysed customer satisfaction.
Lead on multi-platform projects.
Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail.
Consistently achieved customer satisfaction results.

Your team and location
You will report to the Group Marketing Director and you will be based at Communicorp UK Head Office, XYZ Building, Spinningfields, Manchester.
