Justice 360 Ltd a small independent production company based in the West End, have an opportunity for a producer to join the team.


Full time, salary based on experience, office days Tuesday to Saturday. The hours are set but you will occasionally need to adapt to the requirements of the productions.


Previous experience in radio production is essential.  This role would suit someone looking to take on an in-house, permanent role with oversight of multiple projects of producing radio shows and online video content.  Also, experience in working with high-profile talent and an interest in hip hop music is an advantage, but not essential.


Our productions include a weekly radio show and regular online videos that can range from interviews, live music, club events and archived content.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Audition, Premiere Pro and Photoshop


Studio producing and use of radio playout systems

Artist booking

Production scheduling and management of freelance editors

Archiving and logging

Basic website coding with BlogSpot

Social media promotion


In addition to good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise duties is a need to be a team player, so answering phones and other admin-type tasks are required.
