General duties will include

a) Ensuring the smooth running of the station, leading your team and coordinating all the activities within the station including the development of multi-platform content.
b) Ensuring the station complies with laws, regulations and industry codes governing radio broadcasting.

c) Develop and manage a team that ensures the production of the highest level of quality programs and monitor and evaluate the quality of the station to ensure they meet all the requirements and regulations with regard to programming.
d) Ensure that the station is running smoothly and ensure that all equipment is well used and maintained.

Must have:
At least 3 years experience in a related field.
Solid administrative and communication skills.
Ability to deliver creative Radio content.
Ability to consistently perform in a highly detailed and deadline oriented environment.
Ability to demonstrate good leadership, managerial, mentorship and creative skills.
