We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead linear and none linear programming initiatives across broadcast and podcast audio platforms. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, the role will focus particularly on speech based content.
You will be passionate about programme-making with a clear vision for delivering the opportunities available in an increasingly exciting market. Commercially astute, you will have the new business development drive to help inspire and guide an enthusiastic team throughout the pitching process. This will be backed up by a forensic approach to editorial detail and a good understanding of the processes used to create award winning audio.
You will work with the extended TBI team to enhance a significant existing portfolio of output by identifying and developing new ideas that will have scale and global potential. · Proven speech based production experience, including in BBC Radio.
· A clear creative and strategic vision based on an understanding of the audio market.
· A network of contacts to support that vision.

Based in central London, working Monday to Friday with location and out of hours work as required. Flexible working considered with other benefits for discussion.
