About Us:

House Party Radio is a dynamic DAB/Online radio station with a passion for music, entertainment, and dance music community. We’re dedicated to bringing the best in dance music and Old skool Anthems to our listeners in the Northwest. As we grow, we’re looking to expand our team with dedicated volunteers who are eager to make a difference.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commission Based Telesales to help grow our station by securing sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising clients. Working remotely, you’ll be part of a supportive, creative, and fun team dedicated to elevating House Party Radio’s reach and influence.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Present advertising packages tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Report on sales activities and results

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus, but a passion for music and media is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed goals
