Sales Executive – OTE £60k – LDC Radio

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services effectively. A background in telemarketing is advantageous, as is proficiency in Salesforce or similar software.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telemarketing or direct sales.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
• A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
