Want to be a Radio Presenter?
We're looking for an outgoing, talented presenter for our Weekend Morning Show, which is broadcast Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am till 12:00pm. This is a voice-tracked show, which means the music, adverts, and news are already scheduled. You'll record your voice links using our Myriad Anywhere Cloud playout system on your own computer from home or your studio. We can provide access and training to the successful candidate.
Experience is not essential!
Personality and passion are more important than experience. We're after a presenter who can engage with our listeners, promote our 'Feel-Good Music Guarantee', and bring positivity to people's weekend mornings. All you'll need is a good quality microphone, a computer or laptop with an Internet connection, somewhere quiet and echo-free to record your links, and a passion for creating stand-out radio content.
We love presenters who spend time preparing for their show, not someone who links between songs with "That was... This is..." So only apply if you are keen to produce a quality, interesting show with engaging links that our listeners can engage with.
Mind Station is a non-profit organisation supporting mental health and positivity, and this is an unpaid voluntary role. We're not looking for any syndicated content, thank you.
