Peterborough Community Radio

Talented presenters WANTED who are home with voice tracking remotely from home or broadcasting live in the studio. We use Myriad “Live” and Myriad "Anywhere". You will need facilities to broadcast from home or be local to Peterborough, so ideally having your own studio or a suitable room is a must, although, we may be help with the tech required to make the magic happen.

Are you talented enough with a winning personality to be one our daytime, evening or weekend presenters? Previous experience, for example in community or hospital radio would be a great start - especially if you are looking for a new challenge, or the next step up. Are you man or woman we are looking for.

For some who perhaps show promise as broadcasters for the future we can offer training on air within the station we run online – PCR Xtra.

The station available on FM and now on DAB across Peterborough. It is a very local station but music led from 7am till 7pm and is primarily aimed at the 35-65 age group. We have a varied output including live music and other specialist programmes in the evenings and at weekends. We have plans to extend our range of services across a wider geography too so lots of on-air opportunities for all in both paid and as volunteers.
