3FM is looking for a confident motivated individual to join our busy sales and marketing team. You will need to understand the sales process in the world of media and digital marketing and match our product range to that of our client’s business goals.

You will also be able to generate new business leads and convert them into successful long-term business partnerships.

3FM is the most successful music radio station on the Isle of Man for the under 45-year olds, but take a closer look at our business and you’ll see that we are much more than a radio station.

We also have an extensive digital footprint including a range of products that enable us to engage and communicate with a wide audience both on and off Island.
