The Account Management Team at Fix has had a very successful 2021 and as a result of that success we are looking at expanding our team.

We offer 35k basic salary with an OTE of 47k with bonus/commissions. We also are offering a 3k joining incentive! In addition there are a number of staff benefits that include finishing at 2pm on the last Friday of every month and you even get your birthday off. In addition you will be home based.

Fix Radio has been broadcasting for over 4 years. The station has been built from the ground up with a tradesperson in mind offering authentic content, up beat/non repetitive music and a schedule built around a tradesperson's day.
Tradespeople make up over 2 million working professionals across the UK. They also listen to the radio for over 7 hours a day.
Fix Radio is aspiring to become the ‘go to’ radio station for UK builders and by doing so will become THE prominent route to market for advisers looking to market products and services to tradespeople.
By acting as a specialist media route offering a pure audience of tradespeople, Fix Radio is able to demand a far higher CPT then other traditional channels making it very commercially exciting!

What product are you selling?
Fix Radio is a fantastic product to sell. You’re selling a vocation. We’re the first radio station world wide to offer that. You’re selling a pure audience of tradespeople to brands that have products and services which they’re specifically trying to sell to that audience. It couldn’t be a better alignment!
If you consider other routes to market (Radio/Print/Outdoor) they all have considerable wastage (80%+). Tradespeople are a notoriously hard audience to market to and you’re selling a product which provides the perfect solution to that challenge.

Job Title: Account Manager
Reports to: Head of Account Management
Job Purpose: Manage and develop existing Key Accounts
•Account Management of designated existing accounts (Predominantly Key accounts but not limited to)
•Building strong long term relationships with the customer account managers
•Upselling existing accounts
•Report into the Head of Account Management with key account developments and requirements of the accounts
•Helping manage inventory (radio spots/SPI/digital inventory)
Key Performance Indicators:
•Building strong relationships with the accounts
•Keeping on top of executing against the agreement with the account
•Producing effective weekly activity report monthly review meeting documents.
•Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Graphic design skills (desirable not a must)
•Previous experience of managing and building relationships with large accounts
•Experience in developing revenue opportunities and business with existing clients
•Ability to perform day to day management of key Accounts, assessing and evaluating gaps and opportunities
•Familiar with working in a fast past industry, a true self-starter with strong sales background
•A Pro-active approach is a must
•Candidates should possess analytical and create skills to identify new business opportunities and to develop commercial solutions which quickly generate additional revenue income
Ideally Applicants will have strong sales experience within organisations and a full understanding of the shape and working practices of broadcast industries (radio) but a minimum requirement is experience within print/trade shows/digital.
Basic Salary: 35k (OTE 47K with commission/bonus)
Working hours: 9am-5pm
Pension scheme: Yes
Probation period: 3 months
