Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Erewash Sound, an award-winning local community radio station for a presenter to take over Erewash Sound Drive.
The show's previous permanent presenter moved to the BBC in London earlier this year. A position he has been able to secure due to the experience and coaching gained at Erewash Sound.
He is just one example of how we’ve been able to launch someone into their dream industry. Erewash Sound has a track record of providing a stepping stone to a career in media.
The show is on-air Monday to Friday between 4pm and 7pm. Drive is a music and content-driven show with local content playing a key role.
We are happy for the show either to be voice tracked remotely or broadcast live from our studios in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Based on your personal schedule, we are flexible on the show being presented as a mixture of live and voice-tracked.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a show fee at this time. However, for the person with the relevant skills, there are opportunities to get involved with paid work in our academy on an ad-hoc basis.
