Grant Funder (Business Development Manager)

West Kent Radio has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Grant Funder based locally. You will be responsible for researching potential grant funds, making applications, liaising with funder's and developing relationships. You need to have experience of grant funding, will have significant attention to detail when following funder's guidelines and application questions, to ensure compliance.
Responsible for writing quality and inspiring applications for funds, you will need a high level of English. We are privileged to be broadcasting in the best part of the UK and now you could be part of the team working in the fast moving, fun and exciting world of local radio. Of course you will enjoy a challenge and you will love notifications of success! You will report to a designated trustee or volunteer from the West Kent Radio charity, with regular
reporting of progress. You will be comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, receiving training on our chosen online grant funding system. This part-time position is for eight hours (one day) a week and for a fixed period of twelve months,
