Communicorp Media wishes to appoint a Group Chief Executive with the vision, ambition, and drive to lead the organisation.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Group Chief Executive Officer will define and communicate clear strategic and operational objectives, providing clarity and direction for all stakeholders and staff.

The Board is seeking a proven leader with senior management experience, strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, who will bring both strategic and operational experience to the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the flexibility to adapt quickly and move at speed.

A demonstrable ambition to lead this business and deliver on all targets in a challenging and competitive environment is an essential requirement. A proven track record in managing and growing organisations is a must. Knowledge of, and experience in, the media sector and particularly within radio, audio or digital sectors will be a distinct advantage.
