The role of the Scheduling Department is to produce accurate 24-hour advertising logs, ensuring all adverts are played at the correct times within the current break structures whilst adhering to the guarantees, rules, regulations and deadlines set by Bauer internally and Ofcom.
The Focus of the Role
You will work closely with Bauer Local, National and Regional Sales teams to ensure we can accommodate as much revenue as possible within strict minutage policies and support the Scheduling Manager.
The Audio scheduling team are responsible for slotting in the advertising into the breaks in between the presenter broadcasting. The focus of this role is to ensure that these advert breaks meet the strict timings (policies) and daily deadlines. Your clients are internal sales (advertising) teams across the Network.
We use a scheduling system called Planit – we will provide all necessary training on how to use this system but it is an advantage if you have used this or something similar.
