About the job and you

Right now, our customer base in North America is growing and so we are looking for an experienced support technician to join our team.

You’ll be mainly supporting our customers who use our radio automation software and so previous experience in using similar products either as an end-user or in a support role is ideal. You’ll also need a good understanding of the Windows operating system and previous experience in customer service would be an advantage.

Working to the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone, you’ll mainly be working with our North America customers. This doesn’t mean you have to be located physically in one of these time zones, but you will be working across them. A typical day to day will involve helping customers solve problems via our support channels, working on custom projects, training new users, researching new technologies and contributing ideas with the wider team for future products.

Support is provided in the form of email tickets and telephone calls, so you’ll need to be able to multitask and communicate clearly. You’ll be calm when the pressure is on and decisive when a decision needs to be made. As a growing company we are always looking for ways we can improve so your feedback, opinions and ideas will be welcomed. If you see a problem, we’ll expect you to contribute to finding the solution.
