We’re looking for an experienced support technician based in the UK to join our team.

About The Job

Right now, our customer base is growing and so we are looking for an experienced support technician to join our team. You’ll be mainly supporting our customers who use our radio automation software and so previous experience in using similar products, either as an end-user or in a support role is ideal.

You’ll also need a good understanding of the Windows operating system and previous experience in customer service would also be an advantage.

Our European customers will be your main focus, however as the rest of the world wakes up, you’ll also be helping them. A typical day to day will involve helping customers solve problems via our support channels, working on custom projects, training new users, researching new technologies and contributing ideas with the wider team for future products.

Support is provided in the form of email tickets and telephone calls, so you’ll need to be able to multitask and communicate clearly. You’ll be calm when the pressure is on and decisive when a decision needs to be made. As a growing company we are always looking for ways we can improve so feedback, opinions and ideas will be welcomed. If you see a problem, we’ll expect you to contribute to finding the solution. Initiative, bravery, honesty, humour, and directness are all qualities we encourage. All of our team work remotely and collaborate through Slack. Our culture is inclusive, friendly, and supportive.
