Technical Support Specialist
RCS is leading the way with mobile technology extensions with our software and moving to working and broadcasting from home has increased the demand for our next generation of products. Our keystone GSelector scheduling, Zetta playout, Aquira traffic and browser-based 2GO line of products are all designed for the remote working environment. To meet this increase in demand, we are looking to hire a Technical Support Specialist who has hands on experience in some or all our products. This is a full-time role.
Previous experience in radio programming or engineering/IT is required and an understanding of building pro-active communication with our many radio partners is essential.
Basic skills required are a good working knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems (workstation and server), Microsoft SQL and IP networking.
Most importantly you have a willingness to learn.
You will be part of a close-knit team based in Surrey; remote working is available although it is expected that you will travel into the office on a regular basis. The role will also include travel.
