With a growing, diverse team working 24/7 across multiple platforms, we are looking to expand our commercial department with a dynamic Sales Manager and Sales Executive to focus on both new business development and account management.
Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with new and existing clients

Engage with advertising agencies and external marketing partners

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets

Represent Pure West Radio with passion, professionalism, and pride

Develop creative advertising and sponsorship campaigns for clients

Your Skills and Experience
-
Goal-oriented and sales-driven
-
Ideally experienced in media, display, digital, or radio sales, however, experience isn't essential as training can be given

Strong B2B knowledge and the ability to convert leads into loyal clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, well-organised, and conscientious

Tech-savvy, especially across social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube

Professional, competitive, and enthusiastic

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own reliable transport
