Join the team shaping the future of the UK’s LGBTQ+ radio station.

We’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader to take on a new senior role at Gaydio. Based in our Manchester HQ, you’ll lead a restructured commercial team and report directly to the Commercial Director.

At Gaydio, we help brands connect with LGBTQ+ audiences across the UK through bold campaigns, inclusive storytelling, and creative media solutions. This is your chance to drive revenue, inspire a team, and play a pivotal role in growing the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ media brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead by example: drive sales across up to three verticals (media, sponsorship, events, digital).

  • Manage and develop a team of up to four Account Managers.

  • Build and close new business opportunities, pitching creative campaigns to clients.

  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Meet clients, run brainstorms, and present proposals.

  • Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and Academy teams.

  • Represent Gaydio at industry events and community gatherings.

  • Track performance and forecast revenue using Salesforce.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven sales success (5+ years) with at least 2 years’ management experience.

  • Media experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from with strong transferable skills.

  • A confident leader who motivates teams and grows accounts.

  • Someone passionate about inclusive marketing and LGBTQ+ communities.

  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on in closing deals.

  • Strong communicator, organised and driven.

  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
