About the Role: 3FM seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our multi-media team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with clients across various levels.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Generate new and innovative ideas to drive client success and station growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
