Freelance Audio Producers

We are looking for top freelance audio producers to edit the life stories of people's loved ones.

Think Desert Island Discs, but for your Mum or Dad.

We are Life Story Recordings, and you guessed it, we record the life stories of people's loved ones, across the UK.

Your job will be to take the audio we record at their home, (usually around four hours), and produce a beautiful audio documentary, (usually around one hour) taking the listener through a journey of their loved ones' life story in their own words, skillfully mixing in their favourite music and historical archive, to really bring the story to life.

You will be part of something incredibly special, with the audio you produce quickly becoming the most precious thing people own.
