The Role
We are seeking a National Accounts Manager to join our well established, successful sales team and work with us to grow the business even more.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will involve selling radio advertising campaigns and multimedia campaigns to blue chip companies, corporate companies, advertising agencies and PR companies, on and off Island. You will manage existing clients whilst developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and will develop strategies for new sales/sponsorship opportunities.
You will have a proven track record of new business acquisition. You’ll be driven, ambitious, hard working and willing to go the extra mile. You will have experience in building a database of leads, cold calling, face to face meetings, excellent closing skills and good computer skills. Previous media sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
A proven track record in regularly achieving targets is essential.
Other requirements would include being able to take direction, following in-house reporting structures and being a strong team player.
You will be given full product knowledge training to ensure your success with the company.
There is an attractive salary structure on offer that includes a basic salary, attractive commission structure, bonuses on over achievement and good holiday leave.
