Political Expert / Psephologist

Are you a political expert or psephologist? We are seeking knowledgeable guests to provide insightful commentary for our upcoming election coverage show, which will start at 10 pm and continue into the early hours of the morning. As a guest, you will be interviewed for approximately 5-10 minutes at various points throughout the night to offer your expertise on the unfolding results.

Your role will involve delivering expert commentary, providing historical context, and analysing the implications of the election results. A deep understanding of politics and the ability to explain complex information clearly are essential. You will also be tasked with crunching the numbers of the results and tracking the polls to interpret data accurately and compellingly.

This role can be carried out in person at our studio in Blackpool or remotely via Zoom, offering flexibility in how you contribute to our live coverage. If you have the expertise and passion for political analysis, we would love to hear from you.
