Wisebuddah is an award-winning audio branding and production studio based in London. We craft iconic radio imaging, jingles, and sonic identities for broadcasters worldwide; including BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Hits Radio, Radio 538, Fun Radio, DASDING, Nova and many more. We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven Production Assistant to support our creative team and help deliver outstanding audio, every time.

Role Purpose

The Production Assistant supports the smooth running of Wisebuddah’s production operations by coordinating bookings, preparing contracts, managing invoicing, arranging travel, and maintaining internal databases. A strong eye for detail is essential, as the role involves accurate project administration, data entry, and workflow coordination alongside the Production Manager and Production Coordinator. 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or production position would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Production Process

  • Prepare, edit, and distribute contracts based on approved offer documents.
  • Issue invoices, track payment progress, and ensure the Monday board is kept up to date.
  • Book singers, studios, and other resources as directed by the Production Manager/Coordinator.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for international vocal sessions.
  • Support the scheduling and time management of Wisebuddah Producers, ensuring calendars are well-organised and up to date.

Database & File Management

  • Ensure all project files are correctly stored on Wisebuddah’s PCloud/Dropbox.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal databases, including our network/budget/workflow database (Monday.com), Singer and talent database, Audio file archive & others.
  • Enter completed project package information into royalty reporting platforms (e.g., Soundmouse, BMAT).

Additional Support

  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across Wisebuddah platforms.
  • Update the Wisebuddah websites with new projects, news, and client information as instructed.
  • Stay informed about relevant marketing events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leadership and the wider production team as required.

Salary dependent on experience. Role based 4 days a week at our Soho studio, with Fridays WFH.
