Radio Presenter for Endorse Radio

Endorse Radio is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Radio Presenter to join our team. As a Radio Presenter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and entertaining radio content to our listeners. You will work with the production team to produce shows that are entertaining, ensuring that the audience is engaged and entertained throughout the broadcast.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and host daily radio shows that are informative, educational, and entertaining for the listeners
• Create and deliver engaging and entertaining radio content, including music, features, and news updates
• Interact with the listeners through social media and other platforms to build engagement and increase the radio's listenership
• Collaborate with the production team to create content that is engaging, relevant, and timely
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new and innovative ideas for programming and promotions
• Ensure that all programming meets legal and ethical standards, including compliance with the Broadcasting Code

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a radio presenting role is essential
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience
• Strong knowledge of music and a passion for the radio industry
• Experience using Myriad Anywhere or similar radio automation software
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of OFCOM broadcasting regulations and other legal and ethical standards.
