Are you a radio aficionado with a burning passion for crafting engaging content? Are you itching to make your mark in the world of radio production? We have an incredible opportunity for you to shine as a Segment Producer or a Researcher at Dublin City FM. Whether you have an hour or two a week or a whole day a month to spare, we want to hear from you!

Working on Good Morning Dublin, our weekday lifestyle show, you'll be working closely with our talented team to create captivating segments that inform, entertain, and inspires our listeners. This is the perfect chance to gain valuable experience, expand your skillset, and make great quality radio for Dublin.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop fresh and engaging segment ideas.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth of content.
  • Assist in scriptwriting and crafting compelling narratives.
  • Coordinate guest bookings and conduct pre-interviews.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to shape the overall programme strategy.
  • Help with audio editing, post-production, and ensuring segment delivery deadlines are met.


  • Passionate about radio production and storytelling.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with audio editing software (preferred but not required).


  • Gain hands-on experience in radio production and programming.

  • Training on pre and post-production skills.
