Podcast Producer – Go Studios by Go Radio

Are you a driven, creative producer with a sharp ear for standout audio?

Do you thrive on crafting content that cuts through in an increasingly competitive media landscape?

If that sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you.

At Go Studios by Go Radio, we’re passionate about audio, video and the people who create it. Our team is built on collaboration, creativity, and a shared ambition to produce exceptional work across podcasting, radio, and music production.

As a Podcast Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing ambitious ideas to life. You’ll be responsible for recording, editing, and producing high-quality audio and video content, while working closely with our programming, commercial, digital, and studio teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, adaptable and excited by the opportunity to shape content and strategy.

You’ll be someone who enjoys the challenge of creating fresh, engaging content that reflects its audience and stands out in a crowded market.

In your first few months, you will:

  • Record and produce podcast episodes to a world-class standard, tailored to target audiences
  • Edit video podcast content for digital and social platforms
  • Build a strong relationship with the programming, commercial, digital and recording studio teams
  • Establish a reputation for clear, professional communication across the business
  • Develop a strong understanding of podcast objectives
  • Adapt to a fast-evolving media landscape

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A solid understanding of audio production techniques and workflows
  • Experience editing video content for podcasts and social media
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Audition, Pro Tools and Adobe Premier Pro
  • A strong interest in podcasting and the UK’s growing audio market
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced podcast production environment.

If you’re ready to make your mark and be part of a creative, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV along with cover letter to recruitment@thisisgo.co.uk
