Description
- Take ownership of identifying and approaching potential media agencies, presenting tailored advertising packages that include sponsorships, spot ads, and more.
- Build on your existing relationships within the industry while forging new connections with agencies eager to leverage the power of radio and podcast advertising.
- Drive sales by hosting engaging face-to-face meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative, bespoke solutions.
- Develop and contribute towards our agency strategy ensuring we are presented effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and position Kube Media as the go-to partner for agencies targeting diverse audiences.
- Host regular meetings with key decision makers at account director and media planner level.
- Report performance and forecasts to the Business Development and Partnerships Manager, using top-tier CRM tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
- Experience in media, radio, or podcast ad sales.
- Previous agency or account management experience
- A proven track record of cultivating relationships and closing deals.
- Strong proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a flair for crafting compelling pitches.
- Confidence, tenacity, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and a minimum expected OTE of £52,000 (10% commission on each sale, uncapped).
- A hybrid working model with a minimum of three days at our Chelmsford hub.
- A modern, central studio location just a short walk from Chelmsford Rail Station and convenient parking nearby.
- Regular working hours, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm), with a minimum of 35 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
