Presenter (Voicetracking)

Impulse Radio is looking for a casual presenter for voice tracking.

We are mainly a dance music station which also plays R&B, Soul and Disco. This means we are looking for upbeat presenters that can carry the pace of the tracks played and sound like they are having fun.

You will have your own setup at home which will be of studio quality. We use PlayoutOne for our play-out system.

Important stuff

• Demo is no longer than three minutes (links to whole shows will be ignored)
• You actually sound like what is on your demo
• Your links will sound upbeat and not relaxed enough to send listeners to sleep
• Original links are encouraged (not robotic or predictable). In other words be human.
• Knowledge of dance music etc will earn brownie points
• Reliability is also important

Impulse Radio broadcasts (online, apps and smart speakers) to the UK but focuses on the East of England and has been on air for just over two years. We are also looking to be on DAB sometime this year.
