Midlands 103 is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for County Laois.

We offer integrated multi-media advertising solutions to both local and national brands. These include spot campaigns on FM and online, programme sponsorships, product promotions and live events. We also deliver web display advertising, social media campaigns and high-quality video production tailored to client needs.

Area Sales Manager

Responsible for the management of client accounts, ensuring lasting relationships with businesses to grow customer loyalty.

• Working closely with business leaders to better understand their commercial needs and goals.
• Design, sell and implement imaginative marketing plans for customers.
• Identify business and community partnerships with which Midlands 103 should associate and support. Advance successful ideas to the wider team.
• Manage credit control on assigned accounts.

Requirements

• A background in sales, marketing or a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of prospecting, closing, upselling and related techniques.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skill.
