Description
The role:
Create is looking for an entry level Audio Producer to join the team in London. The right candidate will join Create as their first or second job since leaving full time education and will need to be living in London as the role is office based. The salary offered for this position is based on experience but ranging from 25-30K pa. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and talented individual who wants to join an international audio, visual and events company based in the heart of London and really make their mark as a producer. The producer will work within the audio team to craft and produce audio content, commercials, features, promos, radio programming and podcasts. They will work with the Senior Producer and Production Manager and be responsible for ensuring day-to-day tasks and production meets high quality standards and brand objectives. Primarily, they will need to be super organised and creative, be able to work at speed in a busy environment and sometimes under time pressure with key deadlines. Audio editing experience in Audition is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Working across national DAB radio station, Fun Kids. Working with presenters and the production team to ensure the daily output is of the highest quality.
- Woking as part of the audio team to produce Create owned audio content as well as fulfilling external client briefs
- Coordination and implementation of projects – audio
- Client liaison across appointed projects
- Working with the audio team to create and produce podcast content.
- Working with the wider team to support on other event and video related projects.
- Contribution to the objectives of the Company.
Skills:
- Experience of audio production - either on a professional or student level.
- Competent in using Adobe Audition audio-editing software.
- Experience in using radio play-out software is preferable but not a necessity.
- Competent in using a variety of office-based software; e.g. word, excel, keynote, powerpoint.
- Creativity to be able to contribute new ideas and solutions.
- Attention to detail: high-standards of care and effort taken.
- Able to multitask and work on numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
- They will be able to apply common sense and make decisions when delegated tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in order be an effective team player, working with colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure tasks and projects run smoothly
Remuneration Package:
- Basic salary - dependent on experience but in the region of 25-30K pa
- 28 days holiday – (including Christmas Holiday break of 3 days) plus All Public Holidays
