We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Voice-Tracked Breakfast Radio Presenter to join our team remotely. As a voice-tracked presenter, you will play a crucial role in engaging our listeners during the breakfast hours with your lively personality, compelling storytelling, and excellent broadcasting skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Prepare and deliver engaging, entertaining, and relevant voice-tracked content for the breakfast show. Create captivating scripts, produce entertaining segments, and ensure the show's overall quality.
2. Voice Tracking: Record and voice-track radio shows remotely, delivering pre-recorded content with enthusiasm and authenticity, even in the absence of a live audience.
3. Adherence to Schedule: Ensure timely delivery and scheduling of voice-tracked shows to align with the breakfast time slot and programming calendar.
4. Audience Engagement: Build a strong connection with the listeners, keeping them entertained, informed, and interacting with the show through social media and other platforms.
5. Professional Conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism on-air, adhering to our guidelines, ethical broadcasting standards, and industry regulations set out by OFCOM (our regulator)
6. Remote Recording Equipment: Operate and maintain your own recording equipment to deliver broadcast-quality audio content.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the programming and production team to brainstorm ideas, participate in content planning, and contribute to the station's success.

Requirements:

1. Radio Broadcasting Experience: Proven experience as a radio presenter or broadcaster, showcasing exceptional on-air skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
2. Dynamic Personality: Energetic, charismatic, and engaging personality that resonates with listeners, creating an enjoyable breakfast radio experience.
3. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, clear diction, and an articulate speaking voice.
4. Creativity and Storytelling: Ability to create compelling, innovative, and relatable content, incorporating storytelling techniques to keep the audience captivated.
5. Time Management: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, stick to the programming schedule, and deliver consistent results.
6. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recording equipment and software to deliver high-quality voice-tracked shows remotely.
7. Knowledge of RCS Zetta (Preferred): While not essential, prior experience with RCS Zetta software is a plus, as it will streamline the broadcasting process.
8. Passion for Radio: A genuine passion for the medium of radio and a commitment to delivering exceptional content to our listeners.
