Weekend Presenter

South East Radio is inviting applications for a Weekend Presenter to join our on-air team.

This role involves presenting weekend programmes, engaging with listeners and delivering lively, audience-focused radio across music, talk and local content. A strong connection with the South East and the ability to communicate naturally with listeners are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting live weekend programmes
• Preparing programme content, interviews and features
• Engaging with listeners on-air and through social media
• Working closely with the wider programming and production teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in radio presentation or broadcast media
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Good music knowledge and programme preparation skills
• An interest in local issues and community life

Knowledge of sport would be a distinct advantage, particularly in relation to local sporting coverage.
