About Endorse Radio: Endorse Radio is a commercial DAB+ station located in the South West region. Our station is dedicated to providing a fresh, vibrant, and energetic listening experience to a younger audience aged between 15 and 34 years old. We focus on playing the latest hits and engaging our listeners with compelling content.

Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Voice-Tracked Radio Presenters. As a voice-tracked presenter, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with our target audience through captivating pre-recorded shows. You will be responsible for creating engaging and entertaining content that resonates with our listeners.

Responsibilities:

• Voice-track radio shows using Myraid Anywhere software.
• Create and deliver entertaining content that aligns with the station's brand and appeals to our target audience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest music releases, trends, and topics relevant to our listeners.
• Maintain a dynamic and energetic delivery style that captures and holds the attention of the audience.
• Ensure shows are well-structured, including smooth segues, engaging intros and outros, and well-timed breaks.
• Collaborate with the programming team to develop fresh and innovative ideas for on-air content.
• Meet designated deadlines for show submissions.

Requirements:

• A passion for radio and a strong interest in contemporary music.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a younger audience.
• A distinctive, vibrant, and energetic on-air personality.
• Experience in voice-tracking or presenting for a radio station is preferred, but not essential.
• Proficient in using Myraid Anywhere software for voice-tracking purposes.
• Must have a good quality microphone setup to ensure professional audio delivery.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while adhering to given deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the station's programming style and requirements.
• Availability to voice-track shows according to the station's schedule.
