Responsibilities

• Your role will be inside sales, talking to clients who have a prior business relationship with our company
• You will be dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships and representing our Company.
• Outgoing and measured in contacting business decision-makers and focused on meeting the needs and goals of the client
• Able to handle and organize multiple client requests during any given day
• Goal-oriented to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Experienced in a client-facing customer service role and providing superb customer service
• Prepared to follow up and delivers effective sales presentations
• Willing to learn and grow business management skills
• Able to work with MS Word, Excel and other office software programs and be willing to learn new systems
• Able to work in person in Waterbury Vermont some days of the week
