Business Development Manager

The role of the Business Development Manager with Endorse Radio is to generate income to fund the brand new hit music station. This entails building and maintaining relations with local businesses from across the county.

You will work alongside the team at Endorse Radio to sell creative campaigns and airtime slots. Generating Leads, and retaining existing clients. We have a fantastic support team already in place for the sales process, with all advert production taken care of, in-house by our audio creatives.

In this role, you'll spend some time networking with business owners in the local business community through events hosted by our partners at Marketing Derby & Destination Chesterfield. You will also spend time working on cold outreach to prospective clients.

Therefore it is a requirement for this position that you live within commutable distance of our broadcast area and that you have a sense of the South West area.

The South West position looks to cover Bristol, Severn Side, Weston Super-Mare,  Exeter, Torbay, Plymouth and everywhere in-between.

We’re looking for someone to fit into our culture of positivity and inclusivity. Media sales experience is preferred, as would an existing network of business contacts. However, business to business sales experience is required.
