Digital Sales Executive

3FM is looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a range of multimedia advertising solutions, including web advertising, videos, social media content, 3D mapping, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for building strong client relationships, and the ability to produce analytics reports that demonstrate the value of our services.

You will be a highly self-motivated and success-driven self-starter, who is confident selling to clients at all levels - face to face, by phone, and e-mail.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Identify and target potential clients for multimedia advertising solutions.
•    Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their unique marketing needs.
•    Create and present multimedia proposals tailored to client objectives.
•    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by 3FM and working with your colleagues (such as designers) to ensure the client is happy with what is offered
•    Manage and execute multimedia campaigns, including web adverts, videos, 3D mapping, and social media content.
•    Oversee social media management for clients, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
•    Produce regular analytics reports to measure the success of advertising campaigns.
•    Collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver high-quality content.
•    Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your knowledge of digital marketing solutions.
•    Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:
•    Proven experience in digital marketing or multimedia sales.
•    Strong understanding of web advertising, video production, social media, and 3D mapping.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to analyze data and produce detailed analytics reports.
•    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•    Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
•    Knowledge of the Isle of Man market is a plus.
