We’re a small but mighty team of creative people, mostly based in Leeds.  We create content that is consumed right around the world. Someone walking through Central Park in New York or sitting in a cab under Sydney Harbour Bridge might be listening to our programs and podcasts, and we’re proud to reach a global multi-million global audience from our offices and studios in the north of England.

We are passionate about emotionally connecting brands, artists and businesses with their audiences through the power of sound. Our reputation for great work attracts some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.

We also stand firmly by our belief that great work doesn’t come at the expense of wellbeing.

Our content is broadcast across multiple platforms from traditional radio to online streaming services. We reach over 10 million listeners each month, working with over 450 partner radio stations and networks, and regularly take the number 1 spot in the podcast charts. In 2022 we have won and been nominated for multiple awards, including Small Agency of the Year.

Distorted are proud partners of AFEM, Audio UK and signatories of the equality in audio pact.
