Social Media Manager for Endorse Radio

Our radio station, which plays the latest chart music, is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase engagement, followership and promote our brand and content across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and promotes our chart music radio station across various social media platforms.
• Create and manage content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience and drive traffic to our radio station.
• Collaborate with the production team to create compelling social media content, such as video clips, graphics, and social media posts.
• Monitor social media analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Manage and respond to audience feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-promotion and integration of social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging social media content.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus.
