Job Introduction

We are looking for a successful Account Manager to join our sales team working in and around Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

As an Account Manager you will embody Bauer Media’s values and drive Bauer’s company strategy and goals into the commercial business to a high standard within agreed parameters and desired timelines.

Taking personal revenue responsibility for some existing accounts within your territory, as well as identifying new clients, to grow revenues across the specific postcodes you are allocated, as well as the wider Bauer portfolio of audio brands, including digital audio, commercial airtime, sponsorships, promotions, and digital products.


Our Team

As a team we represent Bauer Audio UK for Staffordshire clients. Signal One is the commercial market leading radio station in our area, but we also hold responsibility to sell the wider Bauer portfolio of digital brands including Greatest Hits Radio, Absolute, Magic, Kiss and many others across the UK.

You will be part of our successful local team, collaborating with colleagues across the region.


This is a Hybrid role made up of field, home and office based working. The role comes with a company car or car allowance and is connected to our Bauer Media office in Stoke-on-Trent

Main Responsibilities

Our advertising clients are at the centre to everything we do. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with SME clients across all sectors
  • Growing and developing revenues across your territory
  • Utilising the Bauer portfolio to help clients achieve their goals
  • Developing key internal and external relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Achieving personal and team targets

Person Specification

The ability to build brilliant relationships whilst working in a time-limited environment is at the heart of everything you’ll do in this role, so you’ll bring:

  • The ability to sell a diverse range of brands and products, and match these products to a clients brief
