Show: Joe Carter - Select Radio (94.4FM in London / DAB+ / App)

Role: Assistant Producer

Wednesdays 11:00 - 13:00

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, motivated and creative individual who vibes house music of all styles to contribute to my weekly radio show and learn how to become a fully fledged radio producer and presenter along the way!

You'll be working alongside me for 2-4 hours each week to help with every aspect of producing and presenting a weekly radio show at the forefront of house music. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) research, social interactions, on air presentation, occasional guest booking, occasional guest liaison.

Whilst doing this, you will learn skills you can't pick up in a classroom - how to DJ, how to present and produce good radio and most importantly, you will be able to gain contacts to help in progressing your career in the music industry as a producer / presenter / DJ. There is also scope to grow in the role and take on more responsibilities if you like!

There will also be an opportunity to help with finding show & feature  sponsorship -  on a commission only basis.

Requirements

Presentable, Stylish: Representative of the Select Radio brand

Actively involved in the house music scene: Either as a regular clubber, DJ, producer

Qualifications / Skills

Social media experience: especially with Instagram stories / TikTok trends / YT Shorts

Excellent verbal communication skills
