Brand Development Manager

We're recruiting for a Brand Development Manager to join the Endorse Radio team, this is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team and be apart of a rapid growing radio station in the South West.

If your ambitious, experienced and highly self motivated with a love and passion for radio, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Endorse allows you to work slightly out of the norm by letting you manage your time and projects in your own style. You will also be fully flexible in your working hours, set your own holidays and build a great portfolio.

For this role you will take on:

• Selling commercial breaks, sponsorship and digital products.
• Generating sales and leads
• Create new strategic sales plans to hit and exceed the stations targets
• Build long lasting relationships with our clients to ensure business loyalty.

Media sales experience is preferred but not essential, however B2B (Business to Business) sales experience is a must.

This role is a self-employed, commission role only.
