Radio Essentials is the UK’s newest radio station bringing the best songs and hidden gems from the 70’s right through to today’s hottest songs with presenters with personality. Our audience loves hearing the classic tunes from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and some of the newest songs from today’s top 40.
Radio Essentials is currently online via our apps, smart speakers and via our website and aimed at the whole of the UK and we are about to get even bigger! We will be launching on DAB+ across Rotherham and South Yorkshire in early 2023. Serving around 775,000 listeners.
Due to the exciting new expansion of our service, we will be looking for a sales executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate would have to:
- Provide a proven track record of results, particularly within sales.
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build & maintain effective customer and client relationships.
The chosen candidate will also have:
- A passion for the radio industry and an interest in radio programming content.
- Top notch numeracy skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to work with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Sharepoint, teams and One drive.
- A desire to be part of a fast-growing radio group.
- Good, timely communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
This role is a self-employed position and can be performed remotely.
Perfect for someone looking to earn some extra money alongside their full or part-time jobs.
