Broadcasting to Longford, Roscommon, Cavan, Monaghan and Leitrim, leading Independent Radio Stations Shannonside Northern Sound are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the development and growth of both stations revenue and will have a key role in the company as part of the management team.

Potential candidates should have

• Experience in a senior sales management role.
• The vision and drive needed to grow revenue in local, national and online markets.
• Ability to grow sales revenue to the stations target market through multiple means including radio ads, sponsorships, podcasts, video, digital and social channels.
• Exceptional sales and management skills including leading a sales team to meet targets.
• Know the franchise area and its businesses, statutory organisations, social and sporting organisation well.
• Be comfortable with technology.
• Previous radio sales experience an advantage.
