Station management Assistant (Voluntary)

AIR 107.2  FM is seeking a talented individual to work alongside the management team to enhance our current delivery. As a community interest company, we are all volunteers and are at the start of a new stage in the development of your local community radio station. Based in Weymouth and Portland you will help with the running of the service.

You will bring business experience and innovative thinking to the team as we build and launch our new studio. There will be an opportunity to participate in all areas of operations as well as assist with grants and other business activities.

This part-time, voluntary role can be home-based or at our station. As a brilliant organiser, you will introduce systems for workflow as well as maintain current ones.
