Various Roles, Mint Radio

Mint Radio will be a breath of fresh air for South Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Our idea a modern take on classic independent local radio, that was the friend to many. We aim to:

1. To enrich the skills and experience of local people within the broadcast and nurture local talent.
2. To provide information and quality entertaining radio service to our listeners.
3. Special focus on mental health and neurodiversity such as awareness and wellbeing.

We're looking for volunteers interested in all aspects of the station, including managing and running the station to presenting, producing and everything in between.

We'll ensure that everyone is up to a good standard before being going on air and that support staff understand that they are part of the broadcast too.

Our information hotspot will be based around the areas between Manchester and Stockport (Including Gorton, Openshaw, Levenshulme, Reddish) but available across Manchester. Our target audience is ideally but not exclusively aged 35 - 55.

We're looking for people interested generally in the project, we're specifically interested in anyone interested in the following positions

• Station Manager
• Treasurer and Finance
• Company Secretary
• Head of news
• Training
• Head Of Creative
