Pure West Radio is a fast-growing, community-driven radio station at the heart of Pembrokeshire. Broadcasting across DAB, app, smart speaker & online, we connect local audiences with hyper local content, music, entertainment, and everything happening across the County.
We work closely with local businesses, events, and organisations, and we’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive our commercial growth.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through advertising, sponsorship, and partnerships. You’ll build strong relationships with local businesses and deliver effective, results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients

Sell radio advertising, sponsorship packages, and digital opportunities

Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Work closely with the programming and marketing team on campaigns

Represent Pure West Radio at local events and networking opportunities
About You!

Previous radio sales experience is essential

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

Passionate about supporting local businesses and community initiatives

Full UK driving licence preferred
