The Role
As a Sales Executive, you won’t just be selling airtime; you’ll be selling solutions. You will work directly with local business owners to develop creative advertising campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives and design bespoke radio and digital packages.
  • Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and long-term partnerships.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: Ideally, you have a background in media sales (radio, outdoor, or digital) or B2B sales.
  • Motivated: You are a self-starter with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Creative: You can think on your feet and help clients visualize the "transformation" their business will see through radio.
  • Communicator: You possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills across all levels of business.
